He is Risen
On Resurrection Sunday, we celebrate the victory of Jesus over death. However not everyone comes to this day in a spirit of celebration. You may be experiencing a health issue, going through a divorce, or fighting depression. The people who met Jesus in the Easter story came to that day without much joy at all.

In this series we study of Jesus’ life in the gospel of Luke. We examine how Jesus interacted with and treated the outsiders, outcasts and outlaws. We explore Jesus’ interaction with an outsider. If we are honest, we often see ourselves in these categories.
